Stephanie Mari

My life’s work began in academia, teaching Sociology and conducting research on bias and identity. After a decade in the classroom, I began to apply my experience towards a new skill set – coaching – and joined the staff of a program that helped scientists transition to roles in diverse industries.

Over several years, I had the privilege of coaching more than 500 people through the next steps in their professional journeys. We worked together to craft polished resumes and stellar interview responses, but more than that, I helped them find new confidence in their abilities and accomplishments. As the program expanded, I scaled the Coaching & Development function, hiring and mentoring additional coaches around the country.

From there, I shifted to a career in Learning & Development, designing and leading programs that enabled thousands of employees to reach their goals. I also  continued to work on the individual level, supporting first-time people managers and helping high performers reach their potential.

My career is dedicated to helping people learn and grow.
